We collect anonymized or aggregated data about how users interact with Automa features to improve functionality, performance, and user experience. This may include workflow execution data, click events, and usage trends.

1.5 Support and Communication#

When you contact us via email or in-product chat, we process the information you provide (e.g., email, message content, attachments) to respond to your inquiry and improve our support operations.

1.6 Marketing and Web Forms#

If you fill out forms such as "Request a Demo" or "Contact Sales," we collect the details you submit (name, email, company, and message) to respond to your request and send relevant updates if you opt in to marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

2.3 Do Not Track#
