About Florasis
Florasis is a cosmetics brand that embraces the philosophy of 'Oriental makeup—makeup nourished by flowers.' In just four years, it has risen to prominence. Florasis explores millennia-old traditional beauty wisdom. Focusing on the skin traits and makeup needs of Eastern women, it uses floral essences and herbal extracts as key ingredients. Challenge 1During marketing campaigns, a large volume of data—such as clicks, comments, and follower growth—is generated. Manual data collection is inefficient and time-consuming, often resulting in omissions and errors, making it difficult to consolidate it into valuable data assets.
→Solution 1By leveraging Automa RPA, data generated across the entire marketing chain can be automatically collected, enabling real-time monitoring and automated operations. Attribution analysis can then be used to optimize operational strategies and improve marketing conversion rates. 1. Automated collection of content data from Tmall platform 2. Automated collection of "post-view search" data from TikTok Compass platform
Challenge 2The customer service department faces hundreds of thousands of inquiries daily. Relying solely on staff cannot meet the demand, making it challenging to convert users from public to private user domains, maintain continuous engagement, and improve sales conversion rates.
→Solution 2Automa RPA enables the collection of multi-channel user information, facilitating batch processing, targeted outreach, and tiered user management. 1. Automatically add users to the private domain 2. Proactively remove users
Challenge 3Procurement staff need to manually extract product information in real time, fill it out in various supplier information forms, and notify relevant parties for order placement and shipment, resulting in a significant amount of repetitive work.
→Solution 3RPA bots can automate multiple steps in procurement, warehousing, and logistics, reducing repetitive tasks and improving overall supply chain efficiency. 1. Automated entry of supplier information into the database 2. Automated synchronization of SKU receipt and return information
